East London TRT Members over the weekend recovered one 7.56 calibre Baby Brown Pistol with one ammunition and one magazine after they received information of drugs sold at Buffalo Flats area.
After following the information, one half Mandrax tablet was also found and a 24 year female suspect was arrested for possession of unlicensed firearm, possession of live ammunition and possession of Mandrax tablet.
Captain Hazel Mqala said the team thereafter proceeded to Amalinda, where they recovered a stolen vehicle and arrested two male suspects between the ages of 25 and 35 , who were stripping the vehicle.
The two suspect will be charged for theft of motor vehicle.
All suspects will appear in the East London magistrate court today.
